In the Evil Mansion

We have: Mauricio, AngeLydia Jolie, Une's hubby Grumpy!Wolf Vilkas, Farkas with his Loreal hair, Janessa the Pirate, and Faendal---lead singer in some Euro Pop band.

The Team and I have stumbled across a mansion (mod) in the back of Morthal while being chased by some crazy dog like creatures.... 

Much like the actual Spencer Mansion, I'm stumped and can't remember shit on what to do to get to the dorms.
